Our Story

22 Pictures was born from our proximity and love of M-22, the state trunkline highway that follows the Lake Michigan coastline on the Leelanau Peninsula.  M-22 takes us by the most scenic and picturesque spots in all of lower Michigan.  These spots have the power of energizing and bringing meaning to the soul.  Residing on this same road, we have the pleasure of experiencing the M-22 lifestyle daily.  Having a part in the Traverse City community, we love to bring stories to life.  Stories that are worthwhile of being told. 

Like the road, our mission is to produce visual content that captures the soul and resonates with observers, regardless of genre, scale or platform. 

Our abilities are fully scalable. From creating the overall strategy, to organizing and executing the shoot, to managing the multifaceted post-production process, we ensure our clients’ projects are seamless from start to finish.  We have experience from national TV campaigns down to social media content, with everything in between.  Table top food productions to healthcare, taking pride in each and every production.
